Does Belanje connect directly to my bank?
No bank login is required. You can add transactions manually, import statements, scan receipts, or opt into on-device payment-alert detection on supported Android devices.
Is my financial data secure?
Belanje uses TLS in transit, encrypted database and file storage, and row-level access policies. We never sell your personal information.
Can I use Belanje on mobile and web?
Yes. Sign in at https://belanje.aizztech.com with the same account and your records sync between the Belanje mobile app and web dashboard. Web dashboard access is included with any paid plan.
Does Belanje support MyInvois?
Business Premium includes MyInvois-ready invoices and XML export, plus e-Invoice submission tools. Always verify regulatory requirements for your business.
Can I import bank statements?
Yes. Belanje can import supported PDF or CSV statements, turn rows into transactions, and help identify duplicates. Limits depend on your plan.
Are the tax calculations official advice?
No. Income tax, PCB, SST and relief calculations are planning estimates, not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Verify important figures with LHDN or a qualified adviser.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling stops renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use Settings → Delete Account. The privacy policy explains the deletion and backup-retention timeline.
